Salon Services: We do not issue refunds for salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, please notify the salon within 48 hours.
Appointment Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours&#8217; notice is required for any appointment cancellations.
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service performed, we ask that you return to the salon for a visual inspection. We will make every effort to address your concerns by rescheduling you with the beauty therapist who conducted the initial service.
Product Policy: We do not accept exchanges or returns on opened products.
Consumer Law Compliance: Refunds will be issued as required in accordance with Australian consumer law.
