Do not go here if you want to stay well and have an important event coming up. Had an appointment with Kamala on Sunday for eyebrow threading- she was sniffing throughout the appointment and I was sick with a head cold and sore throat by next day. I have an extremely important job interview this week which I had to cancel. I have now lost a job I really needed and wanted  because Kamala prioritised making money over the health and wellbeing of her clients. If you are going to work while sick, please wear a mask- it is selfish and unprofessional to go to work as a beauty therapist and breath on people’s faces when you are  unwell. UPDATE: Since receiving a refund, the owner has now bypassed my phone blocks to ask that I take this review down. Worst lash experience ever. Most expensive lashes I’ve payed for first off. The lashes lasted 6 days!!! I’m on the 7th and I have one lash left. They were thick, heavy and itchy. I had red eyes for the first 2 days!!! To top it off whilst getting my lashes done, the technician was coughing and sniffling and splattering the whole time. I had just gotten a lift gone wrong (at a different salon) the day before I called Anita, stressed and begging for advice, and after explaining the process needed to fix my lashes, she offered to for free! When I came in, the environment was lovely and calm, and we went through briefly what results I wanted for my lashes. She walked me through each step and worked a miracle because they came out amazing! I'm so so grateful for her patience and compassion, she truly saved the day. Absolutely lost for words. Beyond incredible. From the minute I walked through the door, I was met with warmth and kindness. I live with severe anxiety and I was beyond embarrassed to mention that I had this condition. I acknowledge that this can be hard for other to understand the severity of my Panic attacks. But when I was honest, I was met with sincerity, she explained everything she was doing each step of the way. Ensuring that I always felt comfortable and safe. Aside from all that, the atmosphere, the professionalism, The outcome of my eyebrows and lashes is truly remarkable. I feel like $1 million leaving that salon. I just love this salon. Friendly professional artists who make my eye lashes and brows look stunning every time. Peaceful, comfy salon to rest and put my feet up for half an hour, is an added bonus!!! 100% recommendation from me. I get so many compliments on my eyes for weeks after my appointment.
